Job Description
Roblox is seeking a Senior Workday Engineer to contribute to the People Team's focus on building a people-centric, low-friction operating system. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations, supporting workdays, and providing technical guidance to data teams. The position requires a passion for process and operational efficiency with a strong technical communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical Workday integration administration experience
- At least 1 full Workday Implementation as a technical resource
- Deep understanding of calculated fields and custom reporting
- Exposure to Workday Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Core HCM
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- Fluent in EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technologies
