Digital Strategy Delivery Specialist

Roche is looking for a Digital Strategy Delivery Specialist to support the Advanced Data Analytics for PT (ADAPT) program. The successful candidate will work in partnership across major global business functions, designing and implementing digital use cases in our Drug Substance, Drug Product, or Device areas. The role will involve driving the implementation of key digital use cases, ensuring long-term sustainment of digital solutions, and continuous improvement thereof.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Science or Engineering Field
• Minimum 5 years related experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining digital solutions
• Knowledge of Drug Substance/Drug Product/Devices manufacturing processes
• Outcome focused and proactive in identifying solutions
• Excellent people, leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
