Care Partner $18-$21 6am-6pm (Part-Time)

Arrow Senior Living is looking for a Care Partner to join their team at Rock Creek Senior Living in Ankeny, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be an "Advocate of Empathy" who can create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. They will also be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Positive and energetic attitude required
• Computer skills required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for long periods
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
• Criminal clearance required
