Payroll Specialist

Rock Spring Property Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage employee payroll accurately and on time. This role involves maintaining compliance, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent customer service to employees. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and accounting teams to ensure efficient payroll processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
