Program Manager (Aerospace)

Rock West Composites, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in our Aerospace and Defense segment. The Program Manager will lead product/component programs with precision, guiding projects through every stage and creating budgets, schedules, and technical plans tailored to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in an engineering or materials science discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a composite manufacturing environment
• Minimum 6 years of program management experience
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and processing methods
• Technical Knowledge: Scope, cost, schedule, and risk identification
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Motivate and guide a team to move in the right direction
• Must be a US Person (Resident Alien or US Citizen)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
