Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on data leader to define and execute Rockbot's data strategy, build and evolve the data stack, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or data science, with 5+ years of leading teams at high-growth SaaS, adtech, or consumer tech companies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or data science
- 5+ years of leading teams at high-growth SaaS, adtech, or consumer tech companies
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, plus hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Hex, Tableau, Looker (or equivalent modern data tools)
- Experience building analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards used by business and product teams
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and emerging ML/AI toolchains
