Job Description
Rocket Lab is seeking an Avionics Test Engineer I to join their Development Team and help ensure the success of missions like launching the Electron rocket and enabling larger constellation deployments. The role involves developing and executing test campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting hardware in a state-of-the-art environment. This is a hands-on position with significant opportunities for professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience with hardware development or electronics test engineering.
- Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors, and interfaces (power supplies, oscilloscopes, accelerometers, thermocouples, RTDs).
- Knowledge of National Instruments platforms (DAQ, PXI, cRIO).
