Job Description
Rocket Lab is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to support Avionics Design on their Electron rocket and Neutron reusable launch vehicle. The intern will work with mentors and contribute to the development of hardware used to power and operate spacecraft, contributing to scientific, Earth observation, and technology demonstrations. The internship offers opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with a team focused on continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor's degree in an engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, physics or math discipline.
- 1-2 semesters of post-internship school remaining
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, personal/team project experience)
- Able to work full-time, 12+ weeks on-site
