Job Description
Rocket Lab is seeking Senior Systems Engineers I/II for their Space Systems division, focusing on developing and maintaining technical budgets, requirements definition, test planning, and overall project management for various spacecraft and component development programs. This role supports teams across Civil, Commercial, and Defense customers, working with NASA, the Space Development Agency, and the U.S. Space Force. The team has enabled more than 1,700 missions and a large number of satellites. The position is eligible at the level of either I or II.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (software, computer, electrical, aerospace, mechanical, or other technical engineering discipline)
- 5+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry
- Support satellite or spacecraft development programs
