Job Description
Rocket Lab is seeking a Turbomachinery Intern to gain hands-on experience with real hardware in the Long Beach, CA, site. The intern will work alongside mentors and other team members, contributing to build activities and attend training events. This internship supports the Neutron rocket's development and provides exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program in an engineering, physics or math discipline.
- At least one semester remaining post internship
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience)
- Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks (May or June 2026)
