Job Description
Rocket Lab is seeking a Ground Systems Engineer I - Electrical to support the design, build, testing, and commissioning of launch range systems and test sites for Electron, Neutron, and Space Systems. The role involves electrical systems such as power generation, control systems, and launch vehicle communications, contributing to projects from concept to delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in electrical, mechatronic, or CAD engineering
- 1-2 years' experience in electrical design or engineering
- Knowledge of low voltage AC/DC systems, PLC systems, and electrical schematics (EPLAN)
- Panel design experience and hands-on work with electrical equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
