Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Extended Learning to support the student culture and staff development in our extended learning program. The role will work across 2-3 school sites and be responsible for implementing site rules and safety regulations, staff development, and managing after-school program leaders.
Requirements
- Implement all site rules and safety regulations within the structure of the Rocketship student culture
- Utilize appropriate disciplinary procedures and techniques in accordance with the school site discipline plan
- Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings as deemed necessary for the position
- Manage up to 5 after school program leaders employed by Rocketship
- Partner with the Business Operations Manager, and other School Leaders, to design new processes and procedures to align standard day and after care operational procedures
