Job Description
As an Apple System Administrator, you will ensure that the Apple environments of our customers work optimally. You will manage and automate IT processes with MDM solutions, provide support for macOS and iOS devices, and work on network management, security, and integration with Google Workspace.
Requirements
- At least MBO-4 education in ICT, Network and System Management (HBO is a plus)
- At least 2-3 years of experience with Apple management (macOS, iOS)
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Mosyle, Jamf, Kandji, or Intune
- Basic knowledge of network management (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, VLANs)
- Interest in security and compliance (e.g. SentinelOne)
- Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
