Senior Specialist Red Teaming

As a Senior Specialist in Red Teaming, you will play a crucial role in protecting our organization from digital threats by carrying out realistic attacks to make vulnerabilities visible and help increase our resilience. You will work closely with colleagues from Purple Teaming and TIBER trajectories with government partners, and have the opportunity for professional growth and in-depth knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level in the direction of Information Technology or Cyber Security
• At least four years of experience with Red Teaming
• Experience with performing penetration tests
• Knowledge of C2 infrastructure, developing custom tooling, bypassing EDRs, and working with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Certifications such as OSCP, GRTP, OSEP, or CRTO (I and II), and possibly courses taken at Sektor7
• Analytical strength, stress-resistance, and accuracy
• Responsibility, conceptual thinking, and initiative
• Decisiveness, ability to convince others, and teamwork
