Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst

Rockstar is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst to manage and optimize revenue cycle processes for a client focused on geriatric mental health. This role focuses on accurate claim submissions, resolving denials, and maintaining a smooth billing flow. Sailor Health is a mission-driven mental health practice connecting clients with compassionate therapists.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare finance
• Experience with behavioral health or telehealth organizations
• Proficiency in Office Ally and/or similar clearinghouses, and EHR platforms (Healthie preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and thoroughness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-growing startup environment
