The role involves managing claims, resolving denials, and maintaining accurate billing data. Requirements

• Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims via Office Ally
• Monitor claim status, correct errors, and follow up proactively
• Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Manage payer enrollments and credentialing data accuracy
• Maintain clean patient billing records
• Prepare regular reports on claim status, aging, and reimbursement performance
• Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
