We are looking for an Early Careers Specialist (m/f/d) to support our apprentices, dual students, interns, trainees, and students. The role involves comprehensive care, planning, and coordination of training programs, as well as providing ongoing learning support.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Relevant work experience in caring for apprentices/young talents
• Ausbildeignung according to AEVO (AdA-Certificate)
• Developed pedagogical skills, communication strength, and empathy
