Requirements

• Advisory and training of employees and management on all matters of occupational and health protection
• Planning and implementation of safety training as well as analysis and evaluation of accidents and near-miss incidents
• Technical advice on the design of workstations, work processes and the selection and use of equipment
• Development and continuous development of safety strategies and processes, including implementation
• Participation in the creation and updating of risk assessments and job analyses
• Support in achieving the objectives of the company-wide RockSafe initiative
• Creation of meaningful evaluations, analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Acting as a specialist deputy to the Department Head of Occupational Safety
