Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a master or technician or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in the production area
• Leadership competence, team, and communication skills
• Cost-oriented and independent, as well as goal-oriented working method
• Resilience and willingness to work overtime and on weekends, as well as continuous further education
• Safe PC knowledge
• English skills desired
