Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Poznań or Cigacice! As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of the development and implementation of melting installations in our factories worldwide. Your role will focus on working with suppliers, specifying equipment, managing tenders, and overseeing implementation.

Requirements

• Defining technical requirements and specifications for melting furnaces and auxiliary equipment
• Analyzing issues, setting up requirements and in a mechanical perspective, reviewing technical 3D designs in AutoCad/Inventor
• Identifying and collaborating with suppliers to source optimal solutions
• Preparing tender materials and participating in procurement processes
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best quality and value
• Supervising installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of new technologies
• Ensuring compliance with global regulations and safety standards
• Providing support and service after implementation to maintain operational excellence
