Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor, Production at Milton, ON to join our Production Team. The role involves leading operational performance on the factory floor, supervising a team, and ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Leadership experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background
- Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors
- Sound understanding or Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong experience with MS Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Project
