Job Description
The SAP Support Team Lead will oversee and develop a high-performing team responsible for maintaining the existing ERP solution and driving enhancements across SAP modules. The role requires strong people management and leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in one of the SAP modules listed. The team will ensure a smart and seamless experience in interactions between internal colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong technical expertise in one of SAP modules listed (PM, QM, EWM, MD)
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex SAP issues
- Experience in managing SAP support operations and service delivery
- Knowledge of SAP system architecture, integration, and enhancement processes
