Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in LTSS, including Developmental Disabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to speak calmly and help de-escalate members who may be upset by showing care and compassion
Peer Support Specialist - Youth & Adult Behavioral Health- Southern Colorado
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years experience working in a peer support specialist or similar role, personal lived experience with mental health issues and recovery
Intake Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in LTSS, with some combination of education and experience preferred
Childrens Case Manager II
Two years of experience in the field of LTSS, or bachelor's degree; ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
IDD - Case Manager II
Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in LTSS, valid driver's license, and ability to meet agency driving requirements
Veterans Support Specialist- Colorado Springs
Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience, and valid driver's license
