The Bilingual Early Intervention Service Coordinator II assists in planning, coordination and monitoring of Early Intervention services provided to children with developmental disabilities and their families.
Requirements
- Schedules Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) meetings, documents progress toward established goals and assists in obtaining necessary services or supports.
- Maintains appropriate documentation of plans and progress in developing necessary services or supports.
- Ensures child specific information is documented and reported timely and accurately to EI Colorado via the data system Salesforce/Unicorn.
- Develops and maintains productive and supportive relationships with the families, service agencies, and others involved with the person, as appropriate
- Maintains the record as required by the Department of Human Services regulations and all funding agencies.
