Job Description
Rodan + Fields is seeking a Social Engagement Specialist to help shape our social presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate is organized and proactive, motivated by conversation, passionate about social platforms, and skilled at developing strong relationships with online customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2 years of experience in social media, community management (beauty a plus) or an advanced degree without experience
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with a strong grasp of brand voice
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms
- Proficient in tools such as Dash Social, Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
