As a Property Manager, you will ensure residents' needs are met while driving the success of the business. In a given day, your tasks may include: Achieve property performance goals set by management, Maintain strong resident relations, and Supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders are being completed in a timely, correct manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Yardi and RENTCafé experience
- Local market experience
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Work & Excel, knowledge of internet, e mail and social media
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people
- Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High integrity
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position
- Maintain neat, well-groomed, professional appearance
