Job Description
Rogo is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join their team and partner with their Head of Legal to scale the company’s contracting function. The role involves leading end-to-end negotiations of high-value MSAs and other commercial agreements, and implementing and managing Rogo’s commercial contracting infrastructure.
Requirements
- JD from a top law school
- 3–6 years of legal experience
- Strong working knowledge of IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights and AI
- Prior experience implementing and managing legal tech tools
