Job Description
Rogue is seeking experienced Compressor Operators to join their field team. These operators will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting compressor stations, including CAT and Waukesha compressors. The role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading compressor overhauls, with a focus on efficiency and uptime. No location specified.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with CAT 3516s–3600s compressors and Waukesha units.
- Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting, engine diagnostics, and compressor operations.
- Comfortable working independently in field conditions.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to start and stop compressors.
- Ability to use engine-specific software (e.g., Caterpillar) and basic computer programs.
- Live within or near Carlsbad, Hobbs, Wink, Jal, Pecos, Monahans, or Kermit.
- Provide three professional references.
