Job Description
The company is seeking a Field Electrician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in an Upstream environment, specifically for oil and gas operations. This is a rotational position with 5/2 shifts (rotating weekends on). The role involves troubleshooting equipment, electrical systems, and maintaining production instrumentation within a tank battery facility.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot pump panels and VFD/VSD's.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring and controls.
- Understand and troubleshoot PLC switches.
- Test electrical equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
- Meet departmental and regulatory requirements.
- Pass background check and driving record check.
