Job Description
Roivant Sciences is seeking a Service Desk Lead to transform its global Service Desk organization into a strategic asset. This role focuses on redefining IT onboarding, automation, self-service, and leveraging Generative AI for improved employee experience. The leader will drive a data-driven approach to service improvement and act as an on-site ambassador for the larger IT organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience leading a Service Desk in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in ITIL and modern service management practices.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM metrics and analytics.
- Proficiency in Multi-OS environments (Windows, Mac, ChromeOS) and network/system troubleshooting.
- Ability to define, track, and communicate KPIs that drive accountability and improvement.
