Job Description
Roku is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to develop and maintain a world-class big data platform. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, optimizing data quality, and contributing to business growth through data-driven insights. The position is based in Bengaluru, India and requires hybrid working.
Requirements
- Extensive SQL Skills
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, Python is required
- Experience in big data technologies like HDFS, YARN, Map-Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Presto, etc.
- Proficiency in data modeling
- 5+ years professional experience as a data Engineer
- BS in Computer Science; MS in Computer Science preferred
