Technical Operations Engineer

Roku is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to support the end-user experience of the Roku platform, including TRC (The Roku Channel). The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to advertising on the Roku platform, working with cross-functional teams, and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant technical experience in video or related technology disciplines
• Fluent in English
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and work with engineering and business owners
• Resolve problems independently and follow documented escalation procedures
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Interface with internal and external customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner
• Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical and committed to driving quality forward
• Familiar with the Entertainment industry (or being a fan of movie/TV)
• Knowledge of consumer product and user interfaces and networking functionality is a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and/or Weekends
• Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience required
