Job Description
Rolfson Oil is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support field operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves onboarding, auditing, policy enforcement, data entry, and communication with operations managers. Oilfield industry experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to type and use Microsoft Office
- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be organized and detail oriented
- Strength in professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience is a must
- Oilfield industry experience is a strong preference
- Knowledge in DOT compliance is preferred
