Requirements
- 3-5 years Union Labor Relations and Contract Negotiations Experience
- 3-5 years Strategic HR Partnering experience
- 3-5 years experience in HR Employee Engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 years directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or a Manager
