Job Description
This position is responsible for functioning as an entry-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in most areas, specializing in oil changes and tire rotations, while providing a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent is minimally required
- 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of customer service excellence and effectively interact with customers
- Must maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced automotive sales environment
- Strong communications skills
- Strong attention to details
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to drive and operate both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Must possess and continuously maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
