Stage – Assistant(e) Ingénieur Formulation de desserts laitiers et végétaux (H/F)

We are looking for a stagiaire in formulation alimentaire to work on the development of dairy and plant-based desserts using Roquette ingredients. This stage is part of a innovation strategy aimed at better understanding the properties of our ingredients in different food matrices, in order to develop technical and marketing arguments for our clients.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in food formulation, ideally complemented by statistical skills (design of experiments, data analysis)
• Ease in manipulating equipment at the laboratory and pilot scales
• Good mastery of English, both in writing and speaking
