Senior Software Engineer

Rose Rocket is a market leader in Transportation Management Software, looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative team shaping the future of logistics. As part of their AI Native Engineering organization, the successful candidate will help develop software that thoughtfully integrates the latest AI tools to create smarter, more scalable systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing reliable, production-ready software
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Interest in mentoring and supporting others—helping teammates grow while continuing to grow yourself
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf) and enthusiasm to continue learning
• Experience with agile project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Linear, or equivalent)
• Proficiency with Git and a strong understanding of version control best practices
