Job Description
As Team Lead Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for our Paid-Strategy across all relevant channels and lead your team with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and scalability. Your goal is to achieve sustainable revenue growth, increasing the new customer share, and maximum marketing efficiency in E-Commerce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing in the E-Commerce or DTC environment
- Significant media budgets (1Mio monthly+) strategically managed and profitably scaled
- Noticeable success in reducing CAC and expanding sales and new customer share
- Leadership experience in building structures and processes
- Experience with common ad platforms, tracking setups, and performance dashboards
