Job Description
Rothy’s is a sustainable footwear brand focused on reducing plastic waste. They are seeking a Retail Ambassador to provide exceptional customer experiences in their University Village store, embodying the brand's culture and serving as a brand ambassador. The role involves customer interaction both in person and online, contributing to operational duties, product knowledge, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer
- Own all day-to-day customer interactions in person, over the phone and online
- Support Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in all operational duties
- Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of our products and processes
- Actively contribute towards meeting and exceeding the team’s sales goals
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week
