Job Description
The Groupleiter team leader in logistics will manage a team of 30 employees, overseeing warehouse, production, and shipping processes. Responsibilities include leadership, operational process control, quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a proactive approach to compliance and a focus on team development.
Requirements
- Led a team of around 30 employees
- Experience with SAP EWM systems and complex warehouse/shipping processes
- Experience in GMP/GDP regulated environments (audit preparation)
- Fluent English skills (B2+)
- Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Strong sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and compliance
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
