Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (m/w/x)

As CFO, you are responsible for the company's overall financial strategy, control, and transparency, leading the Finance team and driving growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Financial strategy and control: Development of short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Liquidity and performance: Cash flow, working capital, and risk management; KPI-driven performance reporting
• Accounting and reporting: Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g. HGB/IFRS) and reliable management reporting
• Controlling: Cost, margin, and scenario analysis; investment reports (business cases), CAPEX/OPEX control
• Corporate finance: Financing (debt/equity), banking relations, covenants; M&A including due diligence and post-merger integration
• Compliance and governance: Internal control system (ICS), audit management, tax compliance, insurance
• Transformation and digitalization: Development of the finance target operating model, ERP/BI tools, process automation
• Leadership: Building, leading, and developing a strong finance team; close collaboration with CEO, Sales, Operations, HR, and IT
