Job Description
We're looking for an accounts payable specialist with attention to detail and structured work style to process and book incoming invoices, handle payment flows, and maintain close contact with suppliers.
Requirements
- Commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in accounts payable, ideally in the manufacturing industry/machinery
- Very good knowledge of HGB accounting and VAT law for incoming invoices
- Safe handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP R/3) and MS Excel
- Careful, structured work style, high service orientation, and reliability
- Strong communication skills in German; English skills for handling international suppliers are desirable
