Emerging Travel Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead for Roundtrip, a global travel-tech company. This role focuses on building and executing marketing strategies, driving digital acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and thrive in a high-growth environment. Roundtrip helps corporate customers organize business trips.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS, travel tech or Edtech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Proven success in managing international advertising campaigns with cross-market adaptability.
- Understanding of media metrics and key marketing instruments such as social media, PR, CRM and acquisition channels.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to operate independently and with flexibility.
- Experience in team management (1–2 people).
- Excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, diplomacy, and a talent for finding compromises.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
