Job Description
Roush is seeking a Proposal & Pricing Manager to coordinate, plan, organize, and price all proposal activities for defense customers. The role involves leading competitive proposals, providing SME guidance on compliance, and supporting program office planning. This position requires coordination with multiple program managers and leadership within the Defense organization, ensuring adherence to FAR and relevant agency supplementals.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of proposal management and pricing experience (defense programs preferred)
- Experience with program cadence and metrics
- Basis of Estimate development and risk/opportunity management
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills
