Job Description
Rovio is seeking a Game Lead to lead the vision and strategy of a new action game, managing a team in Izmir and Barcelona. The role involves business leadership, product vision, and execution, aiming for game success and innovation. The team is currently located in both studio in Izmir and Barcelona.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong, inspiring leadership and team-building skills
- Extensive experience launching and scaling multiple mobile games (if sports/action genre)
- Comprehensive understanding of the current mobile games business
- Deep insight into player behavior and competitor landscape
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Genuine passion for games as a business and entertainment medium
