Senior Construction Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in managing data center construction projects or large-scale infrastructure and/or mission critical projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling software, and project management tools
• Proven experience managing large teams of contractors and subcontractors
• OSHA 30 is required
• Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
• Working knowledge of green building practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
