Job Description
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Dry Dock Procurement to support dry dock planning and execution by managing procurement activities across shipyards and suppliers. The role involves analytical work, supplier management, and contract and financial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical shipyards or technical ship management involving Dry Dock and 5+ in a procurement leadership role with demonstrated experience managing complex sourcing projects and supplier relationships.
- Experience in a cruise line or maritime shipping environment related to technical and purchasing is preferred.
