Electronic Payments Specialist

Become an Electronic Payments Specialist at Royal Credit Union and support Members and team members with card products, check processing, and electronic transactions. Provide multi-channel product support and troubleshoot issues while maintaining accurate and efficient transactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year Customer Service Experience
• Must be bondable upon hire
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulatory requirements for electronic payments and negative share accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
