Proposition Analyst

We're hiring a Proposition Analyst to join our Retirement Proposition team, responsible for designing, developing, and managing long-term savings products for customers. The role involves analyzing products, services, and experiences to inform design decisions, preparing technical product literature, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver product design and implementation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, regulation, and customer needs, with excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
