Job Description
This role focuses on ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of underwater construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) projects. The offshore installation manager will handle project execution, contract management, QHSE & compliance, technical reporting, and stakeholder management, delivering subsea services on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in engineering/maritime/business field
- At least 3 years of offshore marine industry experience
- Subsea experience is a plus
- Management skills (offshore team leadership, subcontractor coordination, client relations)
- Financial acumen (budget control, invoicing, contract management)
- Experience with subsea inspection reports and repair methodologies
- Support prompt invoicing and debt collection
